All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or promotions.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and shipping details.

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods within Armenia:

HayPost (free delivery)
Orders are delivered to your local post office. Delivery time depends on your region and HayPost’s schedule.

Same-day delivery
Fast courier delivery directly to your address. Delivery is available only in Yerevan and for orders placed before 16:00. Delivery cost is 1200֏.

In-store Pickup
You may place your order online and collect it in person from our partner locations. Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, delivery service, and external factors beyond our control. SKIN2SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Shipping Costs

HayPost delivery is free of charge

Same-day delivery is available only in Yerevan and costs 1200֏.
