Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for any items purchased from SKIN2SKIN. This policy applies to all bodysuits and apparel, whether purchased online or in-store.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and recommendations before completing their purchase.

Sizing Responsibility

Our products are designed to fit close to the body. If you are between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit, we strongly recommend choosing one size larger. SKIN2SKIN is not responsible for incorrect size selection.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued once an order has been processed and delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in the rare case that:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • The item received does not match the order placed

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@skin2skinwear.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. After review, we will offer a suitable solution in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
